Open and constructive communication and effective organization as well as trusting cooperation with relatives, doctors, therapists and cooperation partners such as medical supply stores form the basis of the professional work of OMA home nursing care. It is a matter close to OMA's heart to support, encourage and accompany patients and relatives during illness, impairment and care.

Since 2002, the OMA nursing service has been known for its competent nursing care. The focus is on the patient and their well-being. All patients are cared for by a team of permanent staff - so there is always a familiar face. In quality assurance audits by the Medical Service of the health insurance funds, the work is rated as "very good".

Depending on the task, appropriately qualified staff are deployed by the nursing service management. Our employees keep up to date with the latest nursing science and medical knowledge through further training and education.

Qualification levels of our employees

Only qualified specialists, such as nurses and geriatric nurses, work in the OMA team. Nursing assistants have at least the basic qualification and are carefully trained, instructed and checked. All employees receive regular training so that everyone is always up to date on topics such as movement and pain management.
