GW GepflegtWohnen is a non-profit company that specializes in alternative forms of living for people with physical disabilities or serious illnesses. The aim is to create care-oriented and assisted living communities in which these people can lead a personal life in a private environment.

History in the company's history.

GW GepflegtWohnenden GMBH has a long tradition in the past. In the 1920s, we went back.  Today, the famous Berlin Modernist Estates are testimony to the creativity of our predecessors. Some important topics in the company's history:

- The completion of the world-famous Britz Horseshoe Estate occurred in 1930.

- In 2007, GEHAG and Deutsche Wohnen merged.

- We are pleased that we were able to work successfully in 2015 to record our work in the alternative housing sector.

Design & management

We design our residential communities not as facilities, but as places to live together, based on the way private communities live. We manage barrier-free and accessible living space as well as assisted and other alternative forms of living.

Mediation

Whether you are a relative or acquaintance of a person with an illness or are affected by an illness yourself and need help - give us a call with no obligation. We will put you in touch with the right partners and establish contacts who can provide you with competent care.

Planning & organization

We plan and organize structural measures for the needs-based design of the home environment of people in need of help and care. In doing so, we always ensure that our properties meet the highest standards and comfort.
